● Proven experience in client management or customer service roles, preferably in the facility
management or real estate industry.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively
engage with clients and internal teams.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and
resolving issues.
● Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their requirements and
ensuring effective communication between the client and internal teams.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers,
building owners, and facility management teams.
● Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth
through upselling and cross-selling of services.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and
concerns.
● Monitor and analyse client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to address
areas for improvement.
● Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with
client expectations and company objectives.
